Cancerous CellsCancer cells are cells that divide uncontrollably. These cells, unlike normal cells, don't stop growing or dividing. Cancer cells will also ignore signals from other cells. Cancer cells don't stick together with other cells which is why cancer can spread to other parts of the body. Cancer cells will never mature and/or specialize due to reproducing before they ever get the chance. Cancer cells won't repair themselves or commit apoptosis. Cancer cells often will vary in size from normal cells and carry an abnormal shape.
